Chocolate Brownie Frosting Recipe?
Can someone give me a recipe or link for a chocolate frosting. Not the whppy ones like on cupcakes but the smooth ones.I don’t have cocoa powder so it needs to not have that in the recipe. I have chocolate chips, butter, etc. here’s a picture of an example of what kind of frosting I want.

1 1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
In a saucepan bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil and boil only for 1/2 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Then add vanilla. Mix. Pour over cooled brownies or bar cookies. Will frost 15 x 10 inch pan of cookies
