Why is my burger always pink in the middle?
Hi so I am cooking my burger from home. I buy the basic ground beef patties from the grocery store and cook them in my home.
Now I cook my burgers using my kitchen stove so the problem is the outer edges get burnt but the middle is left pink and slightly bloody. I want them to be cooked medium well or well but not so burnt. I have a grill outside i can cook fine with but when it’s cold I use the stove.
So to reiterate how can i cook my burgers without the middle being pink using my kitchen stove?
Youre not letting them cook long enough. You might have the temp too high. Make sure you keep it at a good temperature so the inside cooks. Im pretty sure you can get sick by eating the uncooked meat, so watch out for that
