I found rat feces on a Tony’s frozen pizza. Who should I contact?
The company is not very helpful. They only want to give me a coupon for another one of their pizzas. I will never eat their food again. What should my next step be, and what if I get sick?

The better business bureau for one. You can also contact whatever authority is in charge of food safety.
